Description
After having my photography studio for 2 years, I decided to rebrand. During those first two years, my interests and focus evolved.
One of the things I added to my brand was +art. I have realized that in addition to portraiture and event photography, I find joy in creating art simply for art’s sake. Sometimes, it’s art therapy - other times, it’s just art. But, I’m much more intentional about creating.
This is an image from a recent trip to London, taken at the Royal Botanical Garden. I’ve long since viewed photography as capturing exactly what is in front of me - as is. I now love creating unique art in post-production, veering far from that purist notion I once had!
